AUTHORIZATION DEPOSIT –
There will be a $100 Authorization ran when you register for the auction. Additional Deposit will be authorized to keep deposit at 25% of winning bids. This is an Authorization only and is not charged unless you do not pay for your winning bids. The authorization may be held by the credit card Company or bank. Any questions you may have you need to contact the credit card issuer directly. Each card issuer has different guidelines and rules. Do not contact A & W Surplus as we are not the ones holding the money.
PAYMENTS DUE-

ONLINE PAYMENTS FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS –
An Identification Card and/or Driver’s License is required for all online payments. If you pay online then you must be here in person to provide ID, sign for items and pick up. You cannot send someone else.
LOCAL PICK UP OF ITEMS
Pick up is by Appointment only Thursday and Friday 9:00 to 5:00 only. All appointments are made online by clicking appointments on any page of our website. Anyone can pick up for you IF there is an appointment in invoice name and they are paying cash.
LOCAL BIDDERS THAT HAVE NOT PICKED BY FRIDAY WILL BE SHIPPED NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
We will charge $25. Fee for no show or uncancelled appointments. If more than one appointment is made they will both be cancelled.
These are the only pickup days. We are not a storage facility and cannot store items
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS-
IF WE CALL AN ITEM 20 PC SET AND DO NOT PUT NEW THAT DOES NOT MEAN ALL 20 PIECES ARE INCLUDED IT IS JUST THE NAME OF THE ITEM. THIS IS ALSO THE SAME AS CASE OF 24 IF ONE OR TWO ARE MISSING IT IS STILL A CASE. If however, you are paying times the money you will be credited or not charged for missing pieces.

NEW-SHOULD BE NEW APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN USED AND APPEARS COMPLETE.
SHELF PULL-SHOULD BE NEW APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN USED BUT MAY HAVE DAMAGED PACKAGING OR MAY BE MISSING PIECES DUE TO DAMAGED PACKING.
FLOOR MODEL-WAS USED IN STORE FOR DISPLAY SHOULD BE NEW MAY BE MISSING ACCESSORIES ETC. MAY SHOW SOME MINOR WARE.
DEMO MODEL-SHOULD BE DISPLAY UNIT THAT WAS USED TO DEMONSTRATE USE, SO SHOWS SOME WEAR, MAY BE MISSING ACCESSORIES ETC.
AS IS-IF IT SAYS AS IS IN TITLE OR DESCRIPTION THERE IS VISIBLE USE OR DAMAGE.
IF IT IS AN ELECTRONIC ITEM MAY BE FOR PARTS ONLY OR HAVE HEAVY WEAR
NO POWER- MEANS DOES NOT TURN ON.
POWERS ON-ITEM TURNS ON BUT FUNCTIONALITY IS NOT TESTED OR UNKNOWN.
ON WORKING-ITEM POWERS ON AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING HOWEVER WE DO NOT FULLY TEST ANY ITEMS.
FOR EXAMPLE IF STEREO WE MAY CHECK FOR SOUND BUT NOT CHECK CD PLAYER OR REVERSED. ALSO TVS ARE NOT CHECKED FOR MORE THAN 1 OUTPUT TO GET PICTURE REST NOT TESTED, NOR IS SOUND ALWAYS TESTED. SOME ITEMS TESTED AT TIME OF LISTING MAY NOT WORK WHEN YOU RECEIVE UPON SHIPPING, ETC. HOWEVER, NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN AS ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO COME IN TUESDAY 9:00 AM TO 4:00 PM AND WED 9:00 AM TO 12:00 PM AND HAVE ONE OF THE WAREHOUSE WORKERS TEST WHILE YOU ARE HERE, AS IT IS 100% BUYERS RESPONSIBLITY TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE BIDDING ON AND ANYTHING IN OUR DESCRIPTION IS MERELY A GUIDE AND NO ONE SHOULD BID ON ANY ITEM NOT INSPECTED. IT IS NOT A & W’S JOB TO TEST ITEMS IT IS THE BUYERS.
BID RETRACTION –
ANY QUESTIONS CALL OR EMAIL DAY BEFORE AUCTION OR DO NOT BID AS NO BIDS CAN BE RETRACTED DAY OF AUCTION OR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION START FOR ANY REASON.
SHIPPING-
Once auctions are paid they will be pulled, packaged and shipping will be calculated you can use ours or arrange your own at that time. All items must be shipped by Friday after auction. Otherwise, card will be charged and items shipped. We use whatever items we have on hand to package and ship. It is buyers responsibility to provide any additional packaging supplies needed or wanted.
Reporting Shortages/Wrong Items –
Any shortages, wrong items, or not as described items must be reported as follows:
LOCAL BIDDERS – UPON PICKUP OR within 24 HOURS. IF ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP WITHIN 48 HOURS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHORTAGES, WRONG ITEMS OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS. BIDDERS SHIPPING – MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS of auction. IF NOT SHIPPED AND RECEIVED WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME THEN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHORTAGES, WRONG ITEMS OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS.
Also if a customer buys more than one of the same thing one week then another week we cannot help with any wrong item complaints.
Bidding-
If an item says For Example: Bat/Ball/Glove 3 times your money you are getting one of each paying per piece. It it says 4 times your money / asst you mat get two of the items or another item asst BIDDING INCREMENTS ON A SINGLE ITEM ARE $2.50. ALL LOTS MUST START AT $2.50. EXAMPLE 10 PIECES MINIMUM BID IS 25 CENTS ANYONE BIDDING IN INCORRECT BID INCREMENTS BIDS WILL BE CHANGED TO NEXT VALID BID INCREMENT. BIDDERS WHO CONTINUOUSLY BID WRONG WILL BE INCREASED TWO BID INCREMENTS. FOR EXAMPLE – $.01 CENTS WILL BE CHANGED TO $5.00 ON SINGLE ITEM. There is a 15% buyers premium added to invoice.
ACCOUNTS-
We do not allow more than one account. If a new one is created for the same person it will be automatically blocked. You cannot use the same credit card for two accounts.
